A quick and efficient telephone booking system with a clear and concise description of services and pricing. Rob arrived on time in a smart van and clearly knew his subject. Service completed in a friendly and professional way followed the next day by an emailed invoice with simple payment instructions. Great all round service and a refreshing change from the normal hassle!

As a landlord I’ve been looking for a plumber in Bristol to look after my properties for some time without success. I tried several Bristol heating firms but never found any who could attend at a good time for my tenants. I was pleasantly surprised by Ace Energy, right from the off they offered a very good service, the girl in the office was helpful and friendly, the plumber arrived on time (I was given a two hour time slot) he fixed the boiler speedily and was very knowledgeable, he also competed a boiler service and issued me with an up to date landlord Gas Safe Certificate. I was thoroughly impressed with Ace and have decided to use them for all my Bristol properties 5 stars!

Needed alternative heating service to attend to radiator problems in Bath holiday let as previous provider had 'no unavailability' the week before Christmas - Alan booked in one his team to come round at the allotted time the day after next with no-fuss solutions to all problem rads sorted within 30 minutes. Boiler broke down during the snowy weather and II needed someone in a hurry, Ace answered the phone and organised a gas man to come and fix it. Very speedy service and not too expensive.

Ace certainly delivered good service to my address in Bath. The undercroft of my house sprung a leak and the plumber arrived quickly to sort the job. He spent 2 hours fixing what turned out to be numerous leaks, I could not be more grateful.
